You should'nt be boring, think positive and always find new methods in achieving ur goals. " GOAL REMAIN, METHOD CHANGE". If you really thinking doing ur own business, start when you are still working to have minimum risk. When ur business have stable then you quit. Take me as an example, always delay in venturing into business due to comfort zone. Now really got to be prudent to survive but nothing is late.
The best business I feel is in agriculture but also in selling any products which is daily activities as some agriculture don't need to be everyday. Try to learn FX trading as this is also a good income source but be prepared with RISK management.
abg jamal, my workplace here......... goal getting high daily, method getting cock up & worsen.
yeah........ we must always prepare an umbrealla during comfort zone.

abg jamal, does fx trading & share market having the same risk ??
so-called........... high risk, high return ??

Yes, high RISK with high RETURNS. That's why ur risk management must be good, not to be greedy, always be calm and be prepared to lose.

Only one advice.

For stock or forex pelase use extra money do not sell house refincance car borrow ah long to play.

Also a reminder even Warren Buffet can burn his hand.

And for stock market when u notice that kedai runcit kedai kopi and pasar also people talk about stock
pleasee sell all ur investment.

ppl trade fx/shares with their extra penny not with yr monthly salary.
if one is using monthly drawout salary to trade, then he's digging his own grave.
if one wud like to start a biz with the current slow economy, choose one with low capital.
economy wudn't get better until the last quarter of the year.

Always learn and master anything before you decide to do it. If you want to play golf, you need to get somebody to coach you. Then practice at the driving range before you go to the green.

Rent Out = Tenant bare the risk of no business and capita loss
= U only bare if tenant fail to pay rent and you need to take care soem issue.

Kopitiam yourself = You can collect rental by letting out stall say RM400 per stall
= You can earn some from selling drinks
= You need to hire foreign workers at least 3 to help u out
= You and family need to rotate to take car the busienss say 7am to 11pm
= You need to fork out omney for renovation and settle license permit and etc
= You also need to know some taiko at the area cause some other taiko might kacau time to time
= You also need capital to survive if starting business no good maybe for 6 month

Also if u realy one to open business please survey cusomer volume and flow passing by ur shop before
decide on the busiensss. Many friends simply throw money open business and hope earnign big money.

You have to work long hours & scarifies holidays. Make sure the volume of people vs other outlets available. There must be a specialty that makes your outlet different from others.
